What you’re signing up for
a real party, but with volleyball.
4v4 reverse co-ed rules. Refs every game. Standings, playoffs, and a real trophy at the end.
Local DJs spin courtside while you play. The party is part of the league, not an afterthought.
No team? We’ll match you with a crew that plays at your level and shows up to have a good time.
From sign-up to sand, here’s what to expect.
Sign up your team or as an individual. Pay your registration + bond via e-transfer.
Everyone gets an email link to sign their player waiver, fast and paperless.
2 games per Thursday, 40 min each. Best of 3 sets. All skill levels welcome.
Check live standings, submit scores, and battle your way to playoffs.
Check back once the season kicks off!
We’re bringing back Tuesday leagues, but only if we hit 8 teams. Women’s or Co-Ed 4v4. Same sand, same energy.
You’ll be notified the moment we hit the threshold.
Everything you need to know before you register.
Not exactly. With a strong interest in keeping beach volleyball going at Melrose, Beach Vibes Volleyball was created to carry things forward under new leadership, bringing a renewed focus on organization, player experience, and long-term growth.
Our start date is weather-dependent, but we’re aiming to kick things off as early as May 26 and 28.
Game times will typically begin between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM, depending on sunset and number of teams. As the days get shorter later in the season, expect start times closer to 6:00 PM.
Games are 40 minutes long with the last game starting between 8:00 – 8:30pm
Early Bird Registration Co-Ed 4’s: $440 + $80 Performance bond
Registration Fees after May 13th: $480 + $80 Performance bond
The remaining balance of performance bonds will be returned to teams at the end of the season.
This season brings a renewed focus on league operations, player experience, and reinvestment into the courts and equipment. That includes fresh sand, a few rule changes, and a stronger structure designed to support the league over the long term.
All games are played at Melrose Park Community Club located at 480 Kimberley Ave.
We can’t guarantee it just yet, but we’re actively working on temporary solutions to reduce water buildup. There are also community centre grants available, and we’ll be working with Melrose to pursue a more permanent fix.
Each team plays twice per night. Weather permitting, the goal is 10 regular-season games plus 2 playoff games. However, due to weather variability, playoffs may begin earlier than planned, with remaining regular-season games played afterward. At minimum, expect approximately 8 regular-season games, 2 playoff games, and up to 2 additional regular-season games depending on conditions.
We’re finalizing prizing for the top 3 teams – either cash, merch, or league credit for next season. Stay tuned for the announcement closer to the playoffs.
